Hi, my name is Taylor Robinson, and I was born and raised in Louisburg, Kansas. Shortly after I turned 24, I enlisted into the Navy, and left home. After spending four years on the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier, I thought my personal growth was at its peak, as I traveled to several beautiful countries and learned so many new things. This gym based guide works great for toning up, staying on balance and growing stronger! It is a great overall guide that will also help you learn the gym.  Grow those muscles and show that gym who's boss!

Home Grown

This home workout guide is for those who don't have the time or ability to make it to the gym but still want to chase those goals and GROW! You'll be working all muscle groups split up into four days a week. All you will need for this guide is one short resistance band, one long resistance band, and a low weight dumbbell set.

Shed Some Growth

This is a gym based 12 week guide created to help you focus on strengthening your core. It also adds some cardio to your weeks. You can add this on to any of the other guides to give yourself a little extra challenge. You will need cardio equipment for this program but most of the ab work can be done in a gym or home.
