Hi, my name is Taylor Robinson, and I was born and raised in Louisburg, Kansas. Shortly after I turned 24, I enlisted into the Navy, and left home. After spending four years on the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier, I thought my personal growth was at its peak, as I traveled to several beautiful countries and learned so many new things. Just as I thought life could not get much better, I had my beautiful baby boy, Landon. Shortly after, Landon’s father and I discovered we would be stationed in Butte, MT to continue his military career. Upon the arrival of our new home, I did not know anyone, and I was not yet employed. I began exercising at the local YMCA gym, where I could also bring my son to run around and play with other kids his age. I loved this new routine I had created in an unfamiliar setting, and in a matter of time, I found myself working at the YMCA. This opportunity presented me with many new friends and allowed me to get my foot in the door. But as life happens, I found myself needing a full-time job in order to support Landon and myself. In 2018, I began working full time for an orthodontist here in Butte. I was also sticking to a more regular gym schedule in order to physically keep up with my busy lifestyle. I have always enjoyed working out, so going to the gym quickly became my favorite part of the day.

I began noticing tremendous changes in my mental and physical health, which encouraged me to make more conscious decisions with my diet (I loved a good night out on the town- eating and/or drinking anything I wanted). My motivation skyrocketed and I have never felt so confident in my own skin. In 2017, I had a radiofrequency ablation procedure done on the nerves in my back to help cope with the pain from herniated discs in my lower lumbar spine. This procedure was intended to subside the pain for a few months before I would have to go back for follow-ups. However, with the right diet and consistent exercise, I have noticed the pain in my back actually started relieving itself, and I no longer have to go back for visits. I have seen countless benefits from being physically fit and I wish share this with my family, friends, and community. I became a certified personal trainer through ACE Fitness in December 2020, and I hope to use this certification as a tool in helping others discover their own strengths; both outer and inner. Thank you for visiting this page and for all of your support. Grow!
