This home workout guide is for those who don't have the time or ability to make it to the gym but still want to chase those goals and GROW! You'll be working all muscle groups split up into four days a week. All you will need for this guide is one short resistance band, one long resistance band, and a low weight dumbbell set. If you want to challenge yourself during the guide, or re-use it multiple times, you can buy yourself resistance bands or dumbbells with heavier resistance/weight.
